Health and safety are a leading concern of ours at Big Bounce Lisburn. We take certain steps with our equipment and when setting up the equipment to ensure that all of our clients are receiving a high quality, safe and clean product.
All of our candy-floss sugar and popcorn kernels are delivered in brand new unopened packaging to ensure the freshest ingredients possible. The machines are cleaned thoroughly, being stripped down after each hire to make sure each part is pristine for the next hire.
When hiring our castles, these are suitable to be placed on grass where the anchor points will be secured with steel pegs. On concrete/tarmac we have to drill into the surface and secure the anchor points with 10mm masonry bolts and steel plates to ensure safety. Indoor hires only require sandbags for stability. Please note: surfaces such as paving slabs and artificial grass cannot be used as there is no way to properly secure the castle. Also, all of our castles are cleaned and sanitised after every single hire.
